The Sunu Foundation held our second annual summer fundraising event at the end of June to support our mission of helping the youth in Senegal. Everyone had a great time eating, drinking, and conversing while listening to tunes by DJ Pauly. Those in attendance enjoyed face painting, hair braiding, games, dancing, and viewing Senegalese artifacts. A definite highlight was the musical performance and drumming instruction by Ghana Mbaye. From the bottom of our hearts, we can’t thank you enough for making the event a success and coming out to support the Sunu Foundation. Without your generosity, we wouldn’t have been able to raise over $4,000.
